Ashanti Shequoiya, better popularly known as Ashanti, is an incredibly famous American singer and actress. She is a US singer and songwriter. Ashanti began her professional career as a teenager, then was eventually signed to Murder Inc. Records by 2002. In the that same year, she was featured on Fat Joe's What's Luv? And Fat Joe's What's Lulv? First female artist to be atop the Billboard Hot 100's second and third positions within the United States, with Foolish at number one, and What's Luv? second place. Her self-titled album first made available in 2002 via Irv Gotti's Murder Inc. record label. The Declaration was Ashanti's fourth studio release, made available on the 3rd of June in 2008. Hey Baby (After The Club) came out on radio stations and digital platforms on the 16th of October. She starred in the film Christmas in the City and played Latasha Montclair on Army Wives.
